How do I make an order?
- Choose your design from the images on this page and note the number on the image.
- Send a payment of £19.99 plus £2.99 via the PayPal link above.
- Email mail@outaboutscotland.com stating the number of the design you have chosen along with your name and shipping address.
- Mugs will be made to order and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment.
What are the specifications?
The mugs are made from ceramic and are coloured white on the inside and outside. Each mug features a single design printed on both the left and right sides.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is via PayPal only.
Do you offer refunds?
As each item is handmade to order it is not possible to offer refunds for any item should you change your mind. However, if you receive an item and it is damaged, I’ll be happy to send a replacement to you at no additional cost.
To arrange a replacement, send a photograph of the damaged item, its packaging, and your name and address to mail@outaboutscotland.com.
For a mug to be considered ‘damaged’ it will have large chips, severely cracked ceramic, or a broken handle.
Where do you ship to?
Shipping is to the UK mainland only.
No overseas orders will be fulfilled.
How are items shipped?
Each mug is individually packaged in a plain padded cardboard box. Shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
